WET… It finally warmed up enough today to melt the ice on our back deck. It is now dripping WET.

Love the angle of the railing and the drip lines in your photo. I think I like the colored photo as it adds that bit of extra pizzaz and definition.

I like the monotone–to me, the textures and the drippig water show to better effect.

I like the B&W version best. It really focuses the eye on the water dropping.

I think the water looks sharper on the colored one, and besides it looks so much warmer 🙂

It will always be colour for me – shows up the drips more.

I like the desaturated version, too. It makes the smoothness of the water stand out against the textured railing.

I like the fact that it is water and not snow! But will it last?

I’m glad it warmed up. I like the color one better, because it makes the water more noticeable, as Sheila mentioned

Thank you for proving that colour beats B&W hands down everytime. LOL

The gray railing looks colder. While I’m not a fan of colder, I like that photo better. 🙂

Interesting photo one feels warm and the other much cooler.

I like the desaturated version…it brings my attention straight to the water melting….in the color version I find myself looking at the wonderful colors in the background.

I like the one with the color behind it. I think it makes the melting stand out a litte more!
