I am entering this quilt in the NC State Fair next week. This picture is before I added the crystals. I will post pics of the close-ups with the crystals. It is the Twisted Sister pattern by Ami Simms using Jane Sassaman fabric. I fused fussy cut flowers in the side borders. It was quilted by Cathy Kirk.

Just in case I don’t have enough projects going
I took a class to learn about free form knitting and crochet. I didn’t do this in the class. I did the piece on the left that night at home. I had to brush up on my crochet skills in class more than I expected. The coil was made on my wooden spool thingie that has the nails on top that you use to make coils. What do you call that? I forget. I figured out how to crochet a Shisha mirror to a base circle by single chaining around the mirror and pulling it tight as you go around the circle.
